The Zimbabwe Institute of Wildlife Conservation is inviting dedicated researchers to contribute to groundbreaking studies focusing on leopards and brown hyenas. This initiative aims to enhance our understanding and conservation efforts surrounding these vital species.
Research Areas
We are interested in research concerning the following areas:
- Population Size: Estimations and monitoring of leopard and brown hyena populations.
- Behavioral Studies: Observing movement patterns and social structures within these species.
- Movement Ecology: Tracking the territories and migration of leopards and brown hyenas.
- Population Dynamics: Analyzing the factors influencing population changes over time.
